We love it when you come to pick your puppy up. Seeing the second families light up when they see their new baby and the puppies excited for someone new to play with. THAT moment is why we do this and how we can let them go. We also love seeing updates and pictures and hearing stories too. It IS sad but then we see the delight in everyone and even the puppies eyes when they go and I tell myself all of the new things will keep them busy enough and happy enough that they won't miss us here. I thank you all so much for loving our babies and spoiling them like every dog deserves.

We are home the majority of the time but we do ask that we know when you're coming after your little one. We kind of need time to love on more the day before he/she goes home.

If you are coming to pick your new babe up you can find directions by clicking here.

We recommend bringing a laundry basket with towels or blankets in it to take you puppy home in. This way you can hold the basket in your lap or put him in the back seat if you prefer. We also suggest you bring paper towels and baby wipes. You never know how a small puppy will ride on a long trip. Ice cubes are good to carry for your pup too.  ;)    (Kennels are okay too.)

If you are interested in having a puppy delivered to you or meet you halfway please contact us.

You may also fly in to pick up your puppy and fly the puppy back with you "in cabin".

Puppy Pickup

Please verify that there are no dirt or gravel roads on your trip. You might also confirm these directions with us. We have heard of some pretty crazy trips people have traveled to get here. 641-464-6399 Jon is our 'directions' man.

Note: We are located at 205 WEST Main Street.

The empty lot at 205 EAST Main Street is not ours.

Simply drive four blocks west to find our home.

Health Guarantee

This puppy has had dewclaws removed, tail docked if poodle, been de-wormed and received its first vaccination.

The puppy needs to be taken to your vet within four days. If the puppy isn't taken to the vet within four days, this contract is null and void. Ask your vet to enter your puppy into their system so they can notify you when your puppy needs to visit.

The buyer accepts responsibility for the care of this puppy. This includes, but it not limited to: maintaining the puppy on a proper diet and weight appropriate for its size, age and breed. Buyer must provide regular and proper care; including annual vaccinations, heart worm preventative, and deworming. This guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to neglect or abuse by the new owner.

Home Raised Labradoodles makes no claims or guarantees concerning coat. This includes but is not limited to color, texture and shedding. Each dog is different and coats change as puppies age.

Until the puppy reaches 1 year of age, the breeder agrees to replace the puppy if all of the following circumstances occur and all of the conditions of this agreement are met. In the event that the puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect, the purchaser must notify the breeder within 10 days and provide the breeder's veterinarian with x-rays and all reports used to diagnose the problem. The breeder's vet must concur with the diagnosis. The breeder will honor the guarantee by replacing with a puppy of equal value or paying for vet expenses up to the amount you paid for your puppy. We will never require you to return your puppy but we will take him/her back if you desire. If you wish to return the puppy he/she must be returned at the owner's expense with a signed statement from the vet stating the date of examination and the alleged health risks. The replacement puppy will be sent at the owner's expense. In the unlikely event of death of the puppy, the new owner must provide proof of death from a licensed vet stating the cause of death. A replacement puppy of equal value will be given.

In any circumstance at all our babies are always wanted BACK WITH US if they need re-homed and you do not have a suitable alternative. Do you swear that the puppy will never be taken to a humane society or shelter? Please circle Yes/No
